Do something amazing. Give Blood.

I just did something amazing. I gave blood.

Though, now my arm seriously hurts cause she stuck the plaster on the wrong way (IMO) so I can't straighten my arm without it pulling and if I bend it, the plaster doesn't bend with it... That means I can't have as much fun with it as I did last time.... SO many dodgy looks from people after they saw the white plaster on my arm at Silverstone testing!!

In other news, I am off to London tomorrow to go and see Joseph and to just be generally touristy in the daytime. I say 'generally touristy' because we're going to Harrods and the London Dungeons because I've not seen them and I hardly ever go to London. The last time I was down that way I was at Twickenham for a Rugby match! If there's something you think I should be going to see etc, let me know and I'll see what I can do!

Finally, I may or may not post a picture of my new Give Blood keyring showing my blood group later. That really depends on whether I decide I can be bothered and whether I want to type properly. I currently have a plaster on my right hand middle finger and a white plaster in the crook of my right arm so I'm somewhat uncomfortable at the moment (and it makes typing [and other things] interesting).

Right now, I'm going to go relax with a cup of tea... sounds like a plan to me :)

Awws. This is only my second time. I wanted to know what blood group I was, and now I know and have a cool keyring as well as helping others!!

I'm not sure about London. Ive never really been and it's not one of my favourite places, but it should be ok for a day!

Join the club. I have deep veins too. The one she found earlier was really flat (apparently) and they had to keep moving the needle and making me keep pumping my arm!

You O- then? I'm A+ :) It's the only A+ I'll ever have for all my life! Makes me happy haha. I do have a rather nice bruise on my arm and on my finger actually....

Awws. I'm sure it says somewhere on my form now 'only experienced nurses' but they've managed to find a vein first stab both times I've been (unlike when I've been for blood tests at the doctors) - it just takes them AGES to find one in the first place but it amuses me to watch them get even more confused when they can't find any veins to start with!

Ooh aren't you special. I'm sure its O- over here, not that it really matters... it's still O! And yes, I like to think of my A+ like that XD
