Zugspitze pics

In celebration of me not having to do anymore JobCentre courses, sort of, but mainly just me being insanely slow on sharing pictures from my holiday last year, I bring you pictures of the Zugspitze.
For those of you who don't know, the Zugspitze is a mountain in the Alps, in the German part, and is the highest point in Germany. The summit is 2964m. You can get up there either by cog train or cable car. You go up to the plateau at 2600m and can take the short cable car journey up to the summit. As I believe, it takes an hour on the cog train and 10 minutes in the cable car. I went on the train, because I am not a huge lover of cable cars.

Anyway, here are a selection of pictures of the Zugspitze. Some of these are from the ground, some of these are from up the mountain. The quality of some of these may not be fantastically good because they were taken from a moving car. Also, none of these pictures have been tinkered with so the distance ones up the Zugspitze will not be fantastically clear - the camera doesn't pick up things in the way the eye sees them, or at least not that camera...

So, did you like the view?
